MaltaPost plc advises that it has received notice from Redbox Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lombard Bank Malta plc, of the intention to increase its shareholding in MaltaPost plc from the present 67.72% (sixty seven point seven two per cent) to not more than 74.5% (seventy four point five per cent).
