The Company announces the resignation of Mr Pierre Montebello, Chief Officer – Information Systems and Strategic Projects, with effect from the 31 August 2018. There is no matter concerning Mr Montebello that warrants any disclosure.

Furthermore, the Company refers to previous announcements and confirms the appointment of Ms Carmen Ellul ID No 0242674M of 'Bernardette', Qrendi Road, Mqabba MQB 9041 as Chief Officer – Internal Audit with effect from the 1 September 2018.

There is no matter to be disclosed regarding Ms Ellul in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9
