The following is a Company Announcement issued by MaltaPost p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

QUOTE

MaltaPost p.l.c. announces that:

1) Mr David Stellini (ID Card No 464963M) of "Shorebridge" No 10, Sir William Reid Street, Gzira resigned from his post as director of MaltaPost p.l.c. with effect from 15 November 2017.

There is no matter concerning Mr Stellini that warrants any disclosure.

2) Mr Paul Muscat (ID Card No 732455M) of "Arc-En-Ciel" Triq n-Naġġar, Mosta has been co-opted as non-executive director of MaltaPost p.l.c. with effect from 15 November 2017.

Mr Muscat is a retired official of the Central Bank of Malta having occupied the position of Chief Officer – Financial Services and Chief Officer – Special Projects.

There is no other information that needs to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
