COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by MaltaPost p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

QUOTE

The Company announces the appointment of Ian Lucas, holder of Maltese I.D. No. 306472M of 62, "Aubaine", Triq Guze` Ellul Mercer, Swatar as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Lucas will replace Neville Chappell, holder of Maltese ID No 199257 M of "Venus", Sqaq Nru 1, Triq il-Kbira, Rabat, who has resigned from his position.

There is no matter to be disclosed regarding Ian Lucas in terms of listing rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.

The appointment of Ms Carmen Ellul as Chief Officer - Internal Audit, as advised in company announcement of 1st November 2016 is now being postponed to a later date.
