The Company announces the appointment of Neville Chappell ID No 199257 M of "Venus", Sqaq Nru 1, Triq il-Kbira, Rabat, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company as from 1 November 2016. He will be replacing Ms Carmen Ellul who is being appointed Chief Officer - Internal Audit with effect from 1 March 2017.

There is no matter to be disclosed regarding Neville Chappell in terms of the Listing Rules.
