MaltaPost p.l.c. announces that:

(1) Mr Julius Bozzino (I.D. Card No 142908L) of Flat 4, 36 Siren Street, Senglea has resigned from his post as Director of MaltaPost p.l.c. with effect from 1 October 2016 following upon his relocation to the U.K.

There is no matter concerning Mr Bozzino that warrants any disclosure.

(2) Mr Eugenio Farrugia (I.D. Card No 0015362M) of 51, Soleandra, Triq il-Wasliet, Swieqi has been appointed a Director.

Mr Eugenio Farrugia is currently Chief Operations Officer of Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. and there is no other information that needs to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.2 and 5.20.5 to 5.20.0.
