COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by MaltaPost p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

QUOTE

The Company announces the appointment of Mark Vella, holder of I. D. No. 197473M of 16, Triq il-Pruna, Attard, as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company as from 1st April 2015.

Mr. Vella occupied the post of Chief Information Officer at MaltaPost since 14th July 2014.

Mr. Vella will replace Ing. Daniel Grech, holder of Maltese I. D. No. 118278M of 7, Alley 2, Preziosi Street, Lija who has resigned from his position.

There is no matter to be disclosed regarding Mark Vella in terms of listing rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
