The Company hereby announces the appointment of Mark Vella, I.D. No 197473M of 16, Triq Il-Pruna, Attard, as Chief Information Officer with effect from 14 July 2014.

Mr. Vella previously occupied the post of IT Senior Business Relationship Manager within the commercial division of Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

There is no matter to be disclosed regarding Mark Vella in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
