Re: Approval of Final Results of the Group for the year 2017

The Board of Directors of Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co Ltd met on Thursday, 26 April 2018 at 11.00 a.m. and decided the following:

1. RESULTS

It approved the final results for the year ended 31 December 2017. The profit of the Group for 2017 stood at €722.467 compared to a loss of €613.963 in 2016.

2. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors set the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on Thursday, 7 June 2018 at 11.00 a.m., at the Meeting Room of KEMA Building, 21 Academias Ave., 2107 Aglantzia.

3. DIVIDEND

The Company's Board of Directors decided not to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of dividend for the year ended 31 December 2017.

The approved financial statements are attached hereto for your information. The approved financial statements will not be sent to the shareholders of the Company but will be available, free of charge, at the Company's central offices, 21 Academias Str., KEMA Building, 10th floor, 2107 Aglantzia, Nicosia, Monday – Friday from 8.00 a.m. until 3.00 p.m. and on the Company's website www.mppublic.com.
