At its meeting of 2 May 2023, the Board of Directors of Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co. Ltd decided to pay interim dividend of a total of €864,217.34 which corresponds to €0.02 cents per fully paid up ordinary share.
The interim dividend will be paid to the beneficiary shareholders of the Company registered to the Company's Register of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) as at 12 May 2023 (record date). The cum dividend date will therefore be 11 May 2023 and the exdividend date will be 12 May 2023.
The dividend will be paid to the beneficiary shareholders by 9 June 2023 at the latest.
