NOTIFICATION BY THE ISSUING COMPANY REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OR DISPOSAL OF MAJOR HOLDINGS BY A SHAREHOLDER

Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co Ltd wishes to announce that, in accordance with article 19 of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law 190(I)/2017, as amended (the "Law"), it has been notified by the shareholders below of changes of their voting rights as follows:

(a) The percentage of voting rights of CLR Private Equity Ltd decreased from 8.56% to 0% on 24 March 2022.

(b) The percentage of voting rights of CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd decreased from 8.56% to 0% on 24 March 2022.

(c) The percentage of voting rights of Mr. Andreas Mallouppas increased from 0.32% to 14.33% on 24 March 2022.

(d) The percentage of direct voting rights of Mr. Polys Mallouppas increased from 27.24% to 30.36% on 24 March 2022. The percentage of indirect voting rights of Mr. Polys Mallouppas increased from 40.05% to 57.17% on 24 March 2022.
