Statement of the members of the Board of Directors and the officer responsible for drafting the financial statements

Pursuant to article 9 of the Transparency Requirements Law, we, the members of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer of Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co Limited, hereby confirm that, to the best of our knowledge:

• (a) The annual consolidated financial statements:
  • (i) were prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and in accordance with the provisions of clause (4) and
  • (ii) give a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, the financial situation and the profit or loss of the Group and the undertakings included in the consolidated accounts as a whole, and
• (b) the Management report of the Board of Directors provides a fair overview of the developments and the performance of the undertaking as well as the position of the Group and the undertakings included in the consolidated accounts as a whole, together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties they face.
