1. Annual Report of the Chairman for the year ended 31 December 2022.

2. Consolidated Management Report.

3. Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Statements of the Company and Independent Auditor's Report for the year ended 31 December 2022.

4. Election of members to the Board of Directors.

5. Any other business that may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
