Decisions of Annual General Meeting

We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co Ltd for 2022 was held on 27 June 2023, at 11.00 a.m. at the Conference Hall of KEMA Building, 21 Akademias Ave., Aglantzia, and resolved as follows:

• i. The Report of the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements and the Auditors' Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 were examined and approved.
• ii. Directors Mr. Costas Papacostas, Mr. Minos Charalambous and Ms Liza Mallouppa resigned in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, offered themselves for re-election and were re-elected. The relevant re-election forms are attached herewith.
• iii. Ernst & Young were re-appointed external auditors of the Company and the Board of Directors was authorised to determine their fees for 2023. The relevant re-appointment form is attached herewith.
