Re: Approval of Final Results of the Group for the year 2016

The Board of Directors of Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co Ltd met on Thursday, 27 April 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and decided the following:

1. RESULTS

It approved the final results for the year ended 31 December 2016. The loss of the Group for 2016 stood at €613.963 compared to a loss of €3.822.137 in 2015.

2. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors set the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on Thursday, 22 June 2017 at 11.00 a.m., at the Meeting Room of KEMA Building, 21 Academias Ave., 2107 Aglantzia.

3. DIVIDEND

The Company's Board of Directors decided not to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of dividend for the year ended 31 December 2016.

The approved financial statements will not be sent to the shareholders of the Company but will be available, free of charge, at the Company's central offices, 21 Academias Str., KEMA Building, 10th floor, 2107 Aglantzia, Nicosia, Monday – Friday from 8.00 a.m. until 3.00 p.m. and on the Company's website www.mppublic.com.
