Decisions of Annual General Meeting

We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the company Mallouppas & Papacostas Public Co Ltd for 2015 was held on Tuesday, 7 June 2016, at 4.00 p.m. at the Meeting Room of KEMA Building, 21 Academias Ave., Aglantzia, and resolved as follows:

• i. The Report of the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements and the Auditors' Report for the year ended 31 December 2015 were examined and approved.
• ii. Directors Andreas Mallouppas, Yiannis Antoniades and Michael Xiouros retired in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, offered themselves for re-election and were re-elected. The relevant forms are attached herewith.
• iii. PricewaterhouseCoopers were re-appointed external auditors of the Company and the Board of Directors was authorised to determine their remuneration for the year 2016. The relevant form is attached herewith.
