This is a company announcement made by the Company in compliance with Listing Rule 5.16

The Company refers to its previous announcement Reference Number 60/2017 and announces that earlier today it has executed an emphyteutical deed with the Housing Authority in relation to sixteen (16) property sites in a number of locations across Malta which shall be used by the Company for the purposes of developing a number of residential units for affordable housing purposes. The emphyteutical concession is for a period of 28 years commencing from today.
