Reference is made to Resolution 2 of the notice of the Company's annual general meeting to be held remotely on the 11th May 2021, which notice was sent to shareholders of the Company registered as at the 11th April 2021 (the "AGM Notice"). In line with the Company's announcement of the 11th March 2021 (company announcement no. 89/2021), the reference to a final gross dividend of €5,183,785 in Resolution 2 of the AGM Notice should have read €5,183,782.

All other details in the AGM Notice remain unchanged.

Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
