ANNOUNCES ENTRY INTO CREDIT AGREEMENTS

This is a company announcement made by the Company in compliance with Listing Rule 5.16

QUOTE

The Company announces that it has entered into two credit facility agreements with the European Investment Bank and the Council of Europe Development Bank respectively for the purposes of financing the construction of a number of affordable housing units in Malta.

As part of its strategy, the Company has identified an opportunity in the shortage in affordable housing units and to this end has entered into these credit facilities to enable it to invest in this market segment which is expected to provide the Company with a stable return on investment.

The 25 year term facilities are for an aggregate amount of €53.7 million and will finance the construction of circa 680 units.

The Board of Directors is highly pleased to have entered into these agreements with such esteemed credit institutions which augurs well for the future collaboration on other projects and for the long term development of the Company.
