The following is a company announcement issued by Malita Investments p.l.c. pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Malita Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") announces the appointment of Dr John Buttigieg and Mr Eric Schembri as directors of the Company and Dr Astrid May Grima as company secretary with effect from 1st August 2014.

The Company furthermore wishes to announce that Mr Danny Rosso and Mr Vincent Mifsud who both held the positions of directors of the Company and Dr Noel Buttigieg-Scicluna who held the position of company secretary, no longer hold their respective positions as at 31 July 2014.

The Board of Directors has expressed its gratitude to Mr Rosso, Mr Mifsud and Dr Buttigieg-Scicluna for their service, commitment and contribution to the Company during their tenure.

There are no matters regarding Dr Buttigieg, Mr Schembri and Dr Grima that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.
