Further to Company Announcement number 17, the information below is being provided in terms of Listing Rules 5.20 and 5.21.

The following persons have been appointed on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the 9 April 2014:

• Mr Ray Sladden
• Mr Paul Mercieca
• Mr Robert Suban

Ray Sladden is the Group Finance Director, Company Secretary and Corporate Affairs Coordinator of a group of companies. Mr Sladden also sits on the Boards of Dolmen Properties p.l.c., Oracle Gaming Shops Ltd, TG.IT Ltd, Tumas Gaming Ltd, Tumas Investments p.l.c., Cars International Finance p.l.c and AllCare Insurance Ltd. He resides at Il-Quccata, Profs John Buontempo Street, St Julians STJ 1402

Paul Mercieca has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Malta for the twenty three years and was also the firm's first Risk and reputation Leader. Mr Mercieca also sits on the Boards of Interservices Ltd, DT 2 Ltd and Nautilus Indemnity (Europe) Ltd. He resides at Casa Tidapah, Caf Caf Lane Madliena, SWQ 1113

Robert Suban Robert Suban is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Banking and Finance of the University of Malta. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Masters Degree. He is currently reading for a Ph.D. in Finance at Manchester Business School. He resides at No6, The Great Gatsby, Triq San Timotju, Naxxar NXR 2111

There are no matters concerning Mr Sladden, Mr Mercieca and Mr Suban requiring disclosures under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
