The following is a Company Announcement issued by Malita Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Also, a correction has been made to the notice date quoted on the company announcement 142/2025 as follows:

The said financial statements shall be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company, which is scheduled to take place on 29 May 2025. Shareholders on the Company's share register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange at close of business on 29 April 2025 will receive notice of the AGM.
