Board Approval of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Additional Dividend Proposal.

In terms of Chapter 5.16 of the Capital Markets Rules

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Malita Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

QUOTE

Further to the company announcement dated 17 April 2025 (141/2025), it is hereby announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the audited financial statements of the financial year ended 31 December 2024. A copy of the said audited financial statements can be viewed on the Company's website: https://malitainvestments.com/investor/financial-statements-2024/ Attached to this company announcement is a Directors' Declaration on ESEF Annual Financial Reports.

The said financial statements shall be submitted for the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company, which is scheduled to take place on 29 May 2025. Shareholders on the Company's share register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange at close of business on 8 May 2025 will receive notice of the AGM.

Approval of Final Dividend

The Board of Directors resolved to recommend to the AGM the approval of a final gross dividend of €7,287,231 or €0.0218 per share, equating to a final net dividend of €5,644,481 or €0.0271 per share. The final dividend consists of:

• an interim dividend of €2,748,327 or €0.0132 per share (net dividend of €1,786,413 or €0.0086 per share), which has already been approved by the directors and paid on 2 October 2024 as per Company Announcement number 133/2024 (the "Interim Dividend"); and
• (ii) share) which the directors are recommending for approval by AGM (the "Additional Dividend").

If approved, the Additional Dividend will be paid on 30 June 2025 to those shareholders included in the shareholders register of the Company as at 29 April 2025.

DIRECTORS' DECLARATION ON ESEF ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS

We, Johan Farrugia and Robert Suban, in our capacity as Directors of Malita Investments plc, hereby certify:

• i. That the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and is hereby being made available to the public.
• ii. That the Annual Financial Report has been prepared in terms of the applicable rules and regulations, including the Commission Delegated Regulation on the European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF")1 and the Capital Markets Rules2.
• iii. That the Audit Report on the ESEF Annual Financial Report is an exact copy of the original signed by the auditor and that no alterations have been made to the audited elements of the Annual Financial Report including the annual financial statements.
• iv. That the Annual Financial Report shall serve as the official document for the purposes of the Capital Markets Rules and the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta).
