Re: Closure of trading window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well as circular issued by the stock exchanges on 2[nd] April 2019, it is hereby notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's unaudited financial results for the 3[rd] quarter and nine months ended 31[st] December, 2019 of the financial year 2019-20.

The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said unaudited financial results would be intimated to the stock exchange in due course of time.
