On July 22, 2015, MakeMyTrip Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the execution of an agreement for the acquisition of a minority stake in HolidayIQ Pte Ltd. (“HolidayIQ”), an Indian travel community and holidays-planning recommendation engine. A copy of the press release dated July 22, 2015 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
