MakeMyTrip Limited (the “Company”) has been advised that on May 31, 2013, Mr. Deep Kalra, Director, Group Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, along with certain members of his family, entered into a share purchase plan to purchase ordinary shares, par value $0.0005 per share, of the Company on the open market based on certain agreed timing, amount, price and other parameters specified in the share purchase plan.
