Annual meeting of shareholders

On August 28, 2013, MakeMyTrip Limited issued its notice of annual meeting and form of proxy for its annual meeting to be held in Gurgaon, India on Wednesday, September 25, 2013. The Company has also published its consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 audited by KPMG (Mauritius) for purposes of compliance with Mauritius statutory requirements. Copies of the press release containing details of the Company’s annual meeting, and the Company’s notice of annual meeting, form of proxy, consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 and unconsolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, Exhibit 99.2, Exhibit 99.3, Exhibit 99.4 and Exhibit 99.5, respectively.
