Annual meeting of shareholders

On September 6, 2011, MakeMyTrip Limited issued its notice of annual meeting and form of proxy. On September 8, 2011, MakeMyTrip Limited will issue a press release announcing details of its annual meeting to be held in Gurgaon, India on Friday, September 30, 2011. The Company has also published its unconsolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release to be issued, notice of annual meeting, form of proxy and unconsolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, Exhibit 99.2, Exhibit 99.3 and Exhibit 99.4, respectively.
