Proposed offering of convertible senior notes

On February 5, 2021, MakeMyTrip Limited issued a press release announcing the pricing of $200 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes (the “notes”) to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering of $175 million in aggregate principal amount of the notes. A copy of the press release dated February 5, 2021 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
