Interim Dividend

As agreed at the General Meeting on 25 January 2023, quarterly dividends will be paid at the end of each financial quarter (31 December, 31 March, 30 June and 30 September) at approximately 0.75% of the Net Asset Value ("NAV") at the financial quarter end. The NAV at 30 September 2023 was 241.65 pence per share.

The Board of Majedie Investments PLC has therefore declared an interim dividend in respect of the fourth quarter ending 30 September 2023 of 1.80 pence per ordinary share, to be paid on 8 December 2023 to those shareholders registered at the close of business on 17 November 2023.

The shares will go ex-dividend on 16 November 2023.
