Further to the announcement dated 31 March 2025, the Company is pleased to confirm that it has now entered into a one-year £15 million RCF with BNP Paribas S.A.

The Board believes that the RCF will provide the Company with enhanced flexibility in its approach to employing leverage within its operations.
