Further to the announcements in relation to the change of the Company's management arrangements, the Board confirms that with effect from 1 November 2023, William Barlow's position changed from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Barlow was appointed as an Executive Director in 2011 and as such, he is not considered to be an independent Director.
