The Board of Majedie Investments PLC is sad to announce the passing of Andrew Adcock, Director and, up until recently, Chairman of the Company.

David Henderson commented:

"Andrew battled bravely with ill health these past couple of years with a courage, humour and determination that was truly inspirational. Andrew was a talented Chairman and Director of the Company and greatly respected by all members of the Board, Shareholders and the Company's Manager, Majedie Asset Management. The Board send their sincere condolences to Andrew's wife and family."

The Company continues to be Chaired by David Henderson, as referred to in the announcement of 13th December 2018.
