1. Considered & Appointed Mr. Devesh Khandelwal, Proprietor of M/s. Khandelwal Devesh & Associates, Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the Postal Ballot process in fair and transparent manner.

2. Considered and Approved the Notice of Postal Ballot to seek approval of the shareholders to transact Businesses as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice.

3. Considered and Appointed M/s. Talreja & Talreja, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as an Internal Auditor of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 pertaining to appointment of M/s. Talreja & Talreja, Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the Company is enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
