MAIRE ANNUNCIA AGGIUDICAZIONI NELLA BUSINESS UNIT INTEGRATED E&C SOLUTIONS PER UN VALORE COMPLESSIVO DI CIRCA €700 MILLIONI
Milano, 30 dicembre 2025 – MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) annuncia che alle proprie controllate della business unit Integrated E&C Solutions sono stati assegnati lavori aggiuntivi relativi a ordini precedentemente annunciati e nuove commesse per un importo complessivo di circa €700 milioni, di cui €430 milioni relativi a lavori aggiuntivi situati principalmente nell'Africa subsahariana e in Medio Oriente, e €270 milioni a nuove aggiudicazioni per l'esecuzione di progetti di energia rinnovabile in Medio Oriente, oltre a integrazioni contrattuali riguardanti progetti di efficientamento energetico in Italia.

MAIRE ANNOUNCES AWARDS IN THE INTEGRATED E&C SOLUTIONS BUSINESS UNIT FOR AN OVERALL VALUE OF APPROXIMATELY €700 MILLION
Milan, 30 December 2025 – MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) announces that its subsidiaries in the Integrated E&C Solutions business unit have been granted additional works of previously announced orders and new awards for a total amount of approximately €700 million, of which €430 million pertaining to additional works mainly located in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East, and €270 million relating to new awards for the execution of renewable energy projects in the Middle East, as well as contracts integrations pertaining to energy efficiency projects in Italy.
