MAIRE ANNUNCIA NUOVE AGGIUDICAZIONI PER UN VALORE COMPLESSIVO DI CIRCA USD 1,1 MILIARDI

Milano, 5 maggio 2025 - MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) annuncia che le proprie controllate TECNIMONT e KT-Kinetics Technology si sono aggiudicate nuove aggiudicazioni per un valore complessivo di circa USD 1,1 miliardi relativi ad attività di ingegneria, procurement e costruzione (EPC) per la realizzazione di un progetto di trattamento gas, e servizi di ingegneria ad alto valore aggiunto forniti da società del gruppo NEXTCHEM per lo sviluppo di impianti di biocarburanti.

Questi progetti sono stati aggiudicati da parte di importanti clienti internazionali in Asia Centrale ed Europa, grazie alle indiscusse capacità di ingegneria di MAIRE nel gestire grandi progetti complessi, e rafforzano ulteriormente la presenza industriale del Gruppo in aree vitali per la sicurezza energetica globale.

Ulteriori dettagli saranno forniti al completamento di alcune formalità attualmente in fase di finalizzazione tra le parti coinvolte.

MAIRE ANNOUNCES NEW AWARDS FOR AN OVERALL VALUE OF APPROXIMATELY USD 1.1 BILLION

Milan, 5 May 2025 – MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) announces that its subsidiaries TECNIMONT and KT-Kinetics Technology have been granted new awards for a total amount of approximately USD 1.1 billion for engineering, procurement and construction activities related to gas treatment infrastructures, as well as high-value added engineering services provided by NEXTCHEM's group companies for the development of biofuel facilities.

These projects have been awarded by prominent international clients in Central Asia and Europe, thanks to MAIRE's unparalleled engineering capabilities in managing large complex projects, further strengthening the Group's industrial footprint in regions with a pivotal role in global energy security.

Further details will be provided upon completion of certain formalities currently being finalized between the parties involved.
