SILVIA GUIDI NUOVO HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS DI MAIRE TECNIMONT

Milano, 1° marzo 2023 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. annuncia che, in data odierna, Silvia Guidi ha assunto il ruolo di Head of Investor Relations, a riporto di Fabio Fritelli, Chief Financial Officer di Maire Tecnimont, con l'incarico di gestire i rapporti con gli investitori, gli analisti finanziari e la comunità finanziaria globale. Silvia Guidi, laurea in Economia all'Università Bocconi, ha maturato esperienze nel settore dell'investment banking e nell'investor relations.

La Società ringrazia per il lavoro svolto Riccardo Guglielmetti, a cui sono attribuite nuove responsabilità all'interno del Gruppo Maire Tecnimont.

SILVIA GUIDI IS THE NEW HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS OF MAIRE TECNIMONT

Milan, 1 March 2023 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that effective today Silvia Guidi has been appointed Head of Investor Relations, reporting to Fabio Fritelli, Chief Financial Officer of Maire Tecnimont, and will be responsible for managing relations with investors, financial analysts and the global financial community. Silvia Guidi, graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University, has gained experience in investment banking and investor relations.

The Company thanks Riccardo Guglielmetti, who has been assigned new responsibilities within the Maire Tecnimont Group.
