and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that it posted its annual report and accounts for the financial period ending 31 December 2015, together with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and proxy form, to shareholders on 25 April 2016.  The annual report and accounts and notice of AGM, have also been published on the Company's website, www.maintel.co.uk.

The AGM will take place at 9.30am on 19 May 2016 at the Company's offices at 160 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8EZ.
