Directors' share options

On 29 May 2014 the directors granted to Kevin Stevens, the Company's Operations Director, an option over 10,000 shares, which equates to 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company, with an exercise price of 530p.  The option vests and may be exercised from the date of grant.  The option expires on 29 May 2024.

Mr Stevens is currently interested in 2,106 shares in the Company.

In aggregate, options are outstanding over 339,545 shares, being 3.2% of the current issued share capital. The number of shares under option and the vesting and exercise prices may be adjusted at the discretion of the Remuneration Committee in the event of a variation in the issued share capital of the Company.
