Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that it posted its annual report and accounts for the financial period ending 31 December 2013, together with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to shareholders on 21 March 2014. The annual report and accounts have also been published on the Company's website, www.maintel.co.uk.

The AGM will take place at 9.30am on 17th April 2014 at the Company's offices at 61 Webber Street, London SE1 0RF.
