Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification that on 20 December 2013, Dale Todd, Finance Director, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of Maintel ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 520.1p per Ordinary Share.

Following this sale, Dale Todd holds 6,821 Ordinary Shares beneficially and is interested in 80,999 Ordinary Shares in his capacity as a trustee of the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan, representing 0.1 and 0.8 per cent respectively of the Company's issued share capital.
