Board Change

The Company announces that Angus McCaffery has decided to step down as an Executive director of the Company with immediate effect to focus on other interests and will become a Non-executive director.

John Booth, Chairman said:

"I would like to thank Angus for his very significant contribution to Maintel over many years, both as one of the founders of the business and for his many years as Executive Director helping to build revenues to where they stand today. I am delighted that he has agreed to remain on the Board as a non-executive Director and that we can continue to benefit from his deep and incisive knowledge of the sector."
