As noted above, on 10 May 2017, Harbour Asset Management Limited (part of the Jarden Partners Limited) disclosed a relevant interest in 5,056,395 (5.021%) MFT ordinary shares.

In the last four months, Harbour Asset Management Limited has, in the ordinary course of business, reduced its relevant interest to 4,897,813 (4.864%) MFT ordinary shares, following buying of 194,093 MFT ordinary shares for total gross consideration of $6,954,946 and selling of 784,883 MFT ordinary shares for total gross consideration of $29,906,960 during this period.
