MAINFREIGHT LIMITED 2022 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Mainfreight will hold this year's Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Thursday 28 July 2022. The venue and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the period for the nomination of directors will close on Saturday 28 May 2022. All nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (New Zealand time) on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
