The following is a company announcement issued by Main Street Complex p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Listing Rule 5.16.16.

Announcement of result of a combined offer of (i) 7,538,460 shares in the Company of a nominal value of €0.10 each offered for sale by Embassy Limited (C 20568) and (ii) 5,230,769 newly issued shares in the Company of a nominal value of €0.10 each offered by the Company, in either case at an Offer Price of €0.65 (together hereinafter the "Offer").
The Company is pleased to announce that the Offer forming the subject of a prospectus dated 23 April 2018 (the "Prospectus"), has been subscribed in full.
An aggregate amount of 5,815,000 shares of a nominal value of €0.10 each were subscribed for by designated investors as contemplated in section 5.1 of the Prospectus, pursuant to the terms of subscription agreements entered into by and between such investors and Embassy Limited, in its capacity as selling shareholder.
The balance of shares forming part of the Offer, amounting to 6,954,229 shares of a nominal value of €0.10 each, was allocated in full as part of the offer to the general public.
The shares were admitted to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on 30 May 2018 and trading is expected to commence on the date hereof.
