QUOTE

The Board of Directors of Main Street Complex p.l.c. (the "Company") wishes to inform the market that since the implementation, earlier this month, of measures aimed at curbing the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic - in particular, the forced closure of non-essential retail outlets imposed by the public health authorities with effect from 11th March 2021 by virtue of Legal Notice 90 of 2021 (Closure of Non-Essential Retail Outlets and Outlets Providing Non-Essential Services Order, 2021, issued by the Superintendent of Public Health pursuant to the Public Health Act (Cap. 465 of the laws of Malta)) - all tenants of the Main Street Complex are obliged to remain closed for business until 11th April 2021. Consequently, and for as long as this temporary forced closure measure subsists, the Complex will remain closed to the public.

Cognizant of the Company's responsibility towards the community, the Board of Directors and management remain committed towards the Company doing its part in limiting the spread of the pandemic and safeguarding the general public's wellbeing, while also recognising and easing the financial hardships being experienced by its tenants. In view of the prevailing circumstances, the Board of Directors expectsthe current situation to result in a disruption in the Company's expected revenues for the current period.

The Board will continue to closely monitor the situation, and keep the market informed of material developments and the impact on the Company's operations and performance.
