The Board of Directors of Main Street Complex p.l.c. (the "Company") announces that it has received a notification dated 6 April, 2022 from Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd, a company registered in Malta with company registration number C 203 and with registered office at Airways House, Fourth Floor, High Street, Sliema SLM 1551, Malta (the "Shareholder") informing the Company that the Shareholder holds 25.01% (previously 24.72%) of the voting rights in the Company.
This announcement is being published in accordance with the requirements of Capital Markets Rule 5.176 in respect of acquisitions and disposals of voting rights in the Company.
