QUOTE

The Board of Directors of Main Street Complex p.l.c. (the "Company") is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, 21 st April, 2020 to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve, the Company's audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2019.

The Board of Directors shall also consider whether to declare and make a recommendation to the shareholders for the payment of a final dividend for the financial year ended 31 st December 2019.
