The Board of Directors of Main Street Complex p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that the next Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 12 June, 2023. Shareholders on the register of members of the Company held at the Central Securities Depository as at 13 May, 2023 shall shortly be receiving notice of the Annual General Meeting and shall be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting.
Further information and documentation relating to the Annual General Meeting will be made available to eligible shareholders at a later date in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
