The Board of Directors of Main Street Complex p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that the next Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 23 May, 2022. Shareholders on the register of members of the Company held at the Central Securities Depository as at 23 April, 2022 shall be eligible to receive notice of, attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Further information and documentation relating to the Annual General Meeting will be made available to eligible shareholders at a later date in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
